is seeking an Associate Manager, APAC COE (Logistic Operations) to drive improvements in logistics efficiency across APAC regions, with location flexibility in Malaysia or Philippines. You will lead cost-saving and service-improvement projects, apply Lean, and collaborate with regional teams to optimize warehousing, transport, and KPI performance. This role requires 5+ years in Lean/CI in logistics, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and experience with WMS/SAP HANA;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, logistics or data science field.
• Minimum 5 years of Lean / Continuous Improvement within Logistics or Supply Chain Operations; FMCG preferred.
• At least 3 years in people management or team leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with WMS, preferably SAP HANA.
• Experience applying AI tools for supply chain analytics, process optimization, simulation, forecasting, or modelling.
• Professional certifications in Lean, CI, SCM, Data Analytics, or Project Management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead major cost saving / service improvement projects related to warehousing and transportation.
• Apply Lean principles to eliminate waste in warehousing processes.
• Analyze and benchmark 3rd party costs and services using Cost to Serve methods.
• Conduct regional network optimization studies with SCJ partners.
• Support tendering / re-tendering of 3rd party services and manage RFPs.
• Evaluate new tools / software aligned with digitization agenda.
• Own Logistics SOPs and audit programs for process compliance and best practices.
• Support KPI management and drive on-track performance across the team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, DG, and import/export rules.
• Partner with Customer Supply Chain to deliver business priorities in Logistics Operations.
• Lead transition projects within the SCJ framework and develop team capability.
