Analyst, Logistics Center of Excellence to oversee governance and continuous improvement of logistics processes across APAC. You will partner with country logistics teams and global centers to implement standardized tools and policies. The role emphasizes analytics, dashboards, and cross-functional project support, with onsite work plus one day remote weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in Logistics or Supply Chain, preferably FMCG/Consulting.
• 3–5 years in optimization/automation projects.
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Logistics SOPs, SOWs, Playbooks, and daily work standards.
• Drive standardization across APAC Logistics.
• Conduct compliance reviews, internal audits, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and capability-building activities.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze Logistics performance and develop dashboards, trackers, and reports.
• Support implementation and adoption of regional/global Logistics tools and processes.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects with Logistics SMEs.
• Prepare insights and updates for Logistics leadership.
