Job summary

A global financial services firm is seeking a Regional Information Security Manager for the APAC region in Makati. The role involves leading the regional technical risk team to enhance information security and cyber risk oversight, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years of experience in information security, knowledge of APAC regulatory frameworks, and strong stakeholder management skills. Qualifications

• 5–10 years in information security or cyber risk assurance with proven APAC regulatory delivery.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO standards.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the governance and monitoring of information security in the APAC region.
• Define and maintain key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure alignment with various regulatory frameworks and security standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and drive remediation efforts in collaboration with team members.
• Present complex security topics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
