Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in the APAC region is seeking an APAC Regional Financial Analyst to provide FP&A support across multiple markets, with primary coverage for Japan and Taiwan, and to lead regional forecasting, budgeting, performance reporting, and strategic analysis.

10-12+ years in FP&A, finance partnering, or commercial finance.
Experience in multinational environments and with senior stakeholders.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience.
Consolidation and multi-market analysis experience.
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to deliver insights.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly APAC financial performance review with variance analysis and management presentations.
Coordinate forecasts across APAC markets and challenge assumptions.
Support annual budgeting and long-range planning.
Monitor key metrics like revenue, margins, and OPEX, and provide actionable insights.
Partner with country finance teams and leadership to drive financial performance.
