Job summary

Menarini Asia-Pacific is seeking an ERP System Administrator to maintain and optimize our ERP landscape, focusing on Finance and Trade-Logistics/Inventory. You will manage master data, provide admin and end-user support, and drive issue resolution and system enhancements.

Key tasks include data modeling, ETL, KPI reporting, and incident prevention. Requires 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and strong SQL skills; a Bachelor’s in IT or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Finance/Business Admin.
• 5+ years direct ERP support experience, including Dynamics AX 2009.
• Strong SQL querying and BI reporting knowledge.
• Solid understanding of data structures and master data management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize ERP system focusing on Finance and Trade-Logistics/Inventory.
• Manage master data and provide admin and end-user support.
• Perform advanced issue resolution including root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Drive system improvements and automation for manual tasks.
• Generate timely, user-centric reports and analytics for stakeholders.
• Design data models and ETL rules based on requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and SLA fulfillment for maintenance contracts.
• Participate in ERP-related improvement projects and UAT support.
