Job summary

Outsourced.ph is a leading ISO certified Philippines offshore outsourcing company that provides dedicated remote staff to international clients. Outsourced.ph is hiring an Ansible Engineer to join the team in a homebased setup.

The role requires 3+ years in DevOps or SRE, strong Ansible expertise (Core/Tower/Automation Platform 2), cloud experience (AWS/GCP), and solid scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash). If you have a track record of delivering secure, scalable infrastructure, this is for you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE or an equivalent field.
• Experience with Ansible Core and Ansible Tower and Ansible Automation Platform 2
• Experience on one or more cloud platforms AWS, GCP
• An expert in code deployment tools Ansible - some terraform would be an advantage
• Experience working with Gitlab, Github CI/CD tools and pipelines
• Strong experience coding and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Batch files, etc.)
• Experience with RHEL and Windows System Administration, Vmware, ESXi
• A history of collaboration with development, operations, UX, design and business units within an organization.
• System troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains
• Suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements
• Ensuring critical system security using best in class security solutions
• Experience leading system integration projects as the technical lead
• Experience working with customers to capture/document requirements
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Industry accreditations would be advantageous

Work Arrangement: Homebased

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1pm-10pm PHT

Must Have atleast 20mbps internet connection
