Job summary

ACCIONA Construction in the Philippines is seeking an Anchor Caisson Manager to lead planning, coordination and execution of caisson construction activities across onshore and offshore works.

The role requires deep knowledge of marine foundations, dredging, towing, mooring, heavy lifting, with 15+ years' experience and 10+ in a similar marine/bridge project, plus professional English. You will manage teams, subcontractors and resources while ensuring safety and schedule compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 10 years in a similar role within marine bridge construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of marine foundations, caisson construction, marine operations, dredging, towing, immersion, ballast control and heavy lifting.
• Experience managing construction teams, subcontractors, equipment and resources in complex marine/offshore environments.
• Professional level of English.

The role will be key to ensuring the proper planning, coordination and execution of offshore caisson construction works, in line with project needs, technical specifications, safety standards and operational requirements.

The Anchor Caisson Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of all caisson construction activities, covering onshore construction, offshore towing, mooring, transport to final position, anchoring and final construction phases.

The role will ensure that all works are carried out safely, efficiently and in compliance with project schedule, design specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.
