Qualifications

We are looking for an Odoo Specialist who can lead system implementation, support, and continuous improvement across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Odoo modules (Finance, HR, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, etc.) in alignment with business processes.
• Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure 95%+ Odoo adoption across departments.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for management decision-making.
• Train employees, create manuals, and build internal knowledge resources.
• Coordinate upgrades, automations, and integrations with third-party platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on Odoo ERP implementation or consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP processes in Finance, HR, Inventory, or Sales.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into Odoo configurations.

• Issue resolution rate within SLA (90% within 48 hours).
