OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:

This resource will generally be responsible for deliveringclient value through analytics with the use of statistical techniques,analytics tools and other means, and for mentoring junior members of the team.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate from at least a 4-year course related toStatistics, Math and Computer science, Economics, Analytics
• At least 5 years' worth of Analytics/Data Scienceexperience with a background in BPO
• Domain expertise in either Network, Health, Consumer,Utilities or F&A is preferred
• Excellent Client Management, Project Management andPresentation Skills with Executive Presence
• Skill in any of the statistical software such as R orPython is a MUST
• Expertise in at least one of the following reliabilitymodels, Markov Models, Stochastic models, Bayesian modeling, classificationmodels, cluster analysis, neural network, non-parametric methods, time seriesanalysis, forecasting and multivariate statistics
• Intermediate+ level of relational databases, SQL, or anyanalytics tools such as Looker is a plus
• Should have People Management experience and Technical Leadership experience
• Experiencein Tableau or PowerBI is a plus
