Senior Representative

Primary Function:

Demonstrates ability tobuildandmaintainstrongrelationships with customer and colleagues.

Educational Background:

Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or any 4 years bachelor’s degree course.

Experience:

Must have at least 3-years of work experience in related field, preferably in semiconductor industry.

Knowledge, skill and abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work with others towards a common goal.
  • Flexible and multi-tasked.
  • Strong knowledge in MS Excel like creation of macro and LOOKUP functions

Knowledge in SAP and background in semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and maintain excellent customer relationship. Interface and communicate with logistics, business planning, engineering and others as required to accomplish job functions. Respond to customer requests for pricing and product lead-times in a designated region Manage progression of all customer quotes above a stated revenue amount. Manage the backlog of the customers. Regularly interface with our manufacturing facilities inThailand and Philippines to discuss delivery challenges. Identify and generate useful business intelligence and report to senior staff. Recommend process improvements. Ensure that the company’s commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed. Be aware of the company’s quality and environmental policies.
