Dover Business Services (DBS) is looking for talented AR Analysts to join our new shared service center in Cebu, Philippines. Working within an emerging shared services organization, the AR Analyst is responsible for delivering timely and quality service to internal stakeholders and Dover customers, as measured by service level agreements and key performance indicators. The position requires the ability to research in-depth business process and customer account issues with the objective of reaching resolutions that meet or exceed objectives with a positive financial impact to the company without negatively impacting customers.This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of businesses across the manufacturing industry, and gain cross‑functional experience in an entrepreneurial, team‑oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• With at least 1 year experience in Accounts Receivable (Billing, Collections, Disputes, Cash Application, Order Management)

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, Accounting Technology or related field.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel experience (SharePoint a plus)
• Previous experience in Oracle system, SAP and other ERP systems
