Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports the team manager in ensuring operational efficiency.
• Provides day-to-day support and guidance to more junior team members, supporting the Manager with respect to workflow distribution and ensuring the effective use of staff resources.
• Review client files for conformance with AML policies, procedures and regulatory requirements and works with front office teams to facilitate queries.
• Performs continuous monitoring of customers’ transactions including investigating Adverse Media and Politically Exposed Person alerts.
• Direct liaison with first line of defense (RMs) and auditors.
