Job summary

Accenture Philippines is seeking an AWS Developer to design, develop and maintain cloud-based applications on AWS. You will work with a range of AWS services to optimize cloud solutions, ensuring security, scalability and performance across multi-tier architectures.

Responsibilities include building serverless apps with Lambda, containerized services with Docker, and microservices on ECS/EKS. You will implement API development using API Gateway, IAM and Cognito for secure auth, and integrate AWS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS or related field.
• 2–3 years of development experience on AWS or Amazon Connect.
• Experience designing, deploying and maintaining cloud-based applications.

The work:

AWS Developer

• Responsible for designing, developing and maintaining on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform
• The role involves working with various AWS services, optimizing cloud solutions, and ensuring security, scalability and performance.

AWS Cloud Development & Implementation

• Design, develop and deploy cloud based applications using AWS services.
• Write and optimize serverless applications using AWS Lambda.
• Develop and manage microservices and containerized applications using Docker and Amazon ECS/EKS
• Implement even-driven architecture using Amazon SQS, SNS and Eventbridge.

API Development & Integration

• Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Amazon API Gateway and AWS Lambda
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using AWS IAM, Cognito and Secrets Manager
• Integrate AWS services with third-party applications and external APIs.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields.
• At least 2-3 years of development experience in Amazon Web Services or Amazon Connect
