The post takes in sharpening our Amazon shop, running our TikTok Shop, and building our presence on Instagram, while also backing customer engagement and daily booking needs. The right person moves easily across several e-commerce and social platforms and enjoys both the creative and operational halves of online retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Sharpen Amazon product listings for visibility, SEO improvements and shipping cost adjustments included
• Look after and grow our TikTok Shop, affiliate outreach and partnerships included
• Set up and keep shoppable links on Instagram
• Produce and look after social media content that lifts engagement
• Answer DMs and customer inquiries across social platforms promptly and professionally
• Back our booking/scheduling system as required
• Pitch in on planning and promoting monthly sales promotions
• Back future initiatives such as website SEO and live shopping event coordination as the post widens

Mandatory Skills

• Record looking after an Amazon storefront (listing optimization, SEO, product visibility)
• Time spent with TikTok Shop setup and/or affiliate outreach
• Familiarity with Instagram Shopping and shoppable link setup
• Strong social media content and community management skills
• Dependable, precise, and able to work solo
• Strong communication skills, especially across customer-facing messaging

Preferred Skills

• Time spent with booking or scheduling software
• Footing in beauty, wellness, or retail e-commerce
• Familiarity with Wix or general website SEO
• Record backing live shopping events (e.g., TikTok Live)
