VA Masters is seeking a proactive E-commerce & Social Media Assistant to manage our online storefronts and social presence across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Instagram.

You will craft engaging content, optimize listings, coordinate affiliate outreach, respond to customers, and support scheduling and promotions.

Job Summary: We're pleased to be adding a proactive E-commerce & Social Media Assistant to help manage our online storefronts and social media presence. This role covers optimizing our Amazon shop, managing our TikTok Shop, and growing our presence on Instagram, while also supporting customer engagement and day-to-day booking needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple e-commerce and social platforms and enjoys both the creative and operational sides of online retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize Amazon product listings for visibility, including SEO improvements and shipping cost adjustments
• Manage and grow our TikTok Shop, including affiliate outreach and partnerships
• Set up and maintain shoppable links on Instagram
• Create and manage social media content to drive engagement
• Respond to DMs and customer inquiries across social platforms in a timely, professional manner
• Support our booking/scheduling system as needed
• Assist with planning and promoting monthly sales promotions
• Support future initiatives such as website SEO and live shopping event coordination as the role grows

Mandatory Skills

• Experience managing an Amazon storefront (listing optimization, SEO, product visibility)
• Experience with TikTok Shop setup and/or affiliate outreach
• Familiarity with Instagram Shopping and shoppable link setup
• Strong social media content and community management skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills, especially in customer-facing messaging

Preferred Skills

• Experience with booking or scheduling software
• Background in beauty, wellness, or retail e-commerce
• Familiarity with Wix or general website SEO
• Experience supporting live shopping events (e.g., TikTok Live)
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities simultaneously
