Our 250+ people aim to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. The Amazon Marketplace Coordinator will join our E‑Commerce team, reporting to the Director of Amazon, Global.
This role is critical to maintaining and growing our presence on one of the world’s largest retail platforms. You will own the operational health and daily execution across our core markets (US, UK, AU, and CA). If you are meticulous, know how to make an Amazon account sing, and are ready to be the expert who keeps everything running smoothly, this is your chance to directly support our revenue goals and, by extension, our mission. The focus is on driving operational excellence, flawless catalog management, and ensuring we provide a seamless customer experience while maintaining platform compliance.
You are a master of the Amazon Marketplace, and you’re looking for a role where your operational rigor has a massive impact. You’ll bring direct, hands‑on experience managing and optimising accounts on Amazon Seller Central (and ideally Vendor Central). You are fluent in Amazon reporting, analytics tools, and content management systems (including A+ Content) and are just at home juggling a diverse product portfolio across multiple international marketplaces, showing strong data analysis and problem‑solving skills. You are highly organised and proactive, with exceptional attention to detail—typos and broken links simply don't survive your audits.
You are a self‑starter who gets energy from owning a critical function and driving results that matter. You see operational excellence not as a task, but as a key driver of business success and mission impact. Your communication skills are tip‑top and you’re able to coordinate complex needs across internal teams like Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Happiness. When a problem arises on the platform, you don't wait for instructions; you immediately jump in, diagnose the issue, and implement a solution.
