Job summary

Nestlé Business Services is seeking a Digital Commerce Specialist to manage Amazon back-office activities, ensuring Nestlé inventory sufficiency and adherence to retailer guidelines. You will collaborate with brand and supply chain teams to deliver high-quality eCommerce outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in eCommerce, strong product data skills, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with a focus on accuracy, deadlines, and collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of eCommerce experience, preferably Amazon.
• 1–2 years monitoring and acting on product content availability and performance.
• Strong understanding of Product Master Data and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage back office of Amazon ensuring inventory sufficiency for Nestlé.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers, Supply Chain Managers and eCommerce teams.
• Ensure Nestlé guidelines and retailer requirements are followed for all deliverables.
• Run KPI/SLA governance calls and report on inventory, issues and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to evolve scope and onboard new businesses.
