Job summary

ATRAM in the Philippines seeks an Alternatives Operations Officer to coordinate the lifecycle of alternative investments, ensuring accurate and timely execution of transactions and asset servicing while supporting risk management and business growth.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Relationship Managers, legal counsel, investors and internal teams to drive process improvements, controls, and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related business discipline from a leading university.
• At least 3 years of experience in investments, financial analysis, or alternative investment operations.
• Strong financial modelling, investment analysis, and transaction execution knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate investment transactions, drawdowns, portfolio servicing, and post-closing activities.
• Manage transaction documentation, collateral monitoring, and servicing requirements with risk controls.
• Build partnerships with borrowers, RM, legal counsel, investors, and internal teams to improve processes.
