About the Role
They’re hiring anAML & Compliance Analystwith hands-on experience inKYC/AML operationswithincrypto, iGaming, or FX.
This isn't a purely strategic or audit-only role — you'll bein the day-to-day: reviewing customer files, checking transaction alerts, verifying due diligence, screening for sanctions and PEPs, and making judgment calls on what needs to be escalated. On top of that, you'll help build and refine the quality processes that make all of this faster and more accurate over time.
You'll work closely withCompliance, Operations, and Management, owning both the daily casework and the bigger-picture improvements. If you've operated in high-speed, high-volume environments before and know how to stay sharp when things move fast, keep reading.

What You'll Own
- Handle day-to-day KYC/AML casework— review customer onboarding files, verify identity and source-of-funds documentation, and conduct ongoing due diligence in line with risk-based procedures.
- Monitor transactions & detect red flags— review alerts, transaction patterns, and customer activity to identify unusual or potentially suspicious behavior in real time.
- Screen for sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media— run and assess screening results, resolving true/false positives accurately and efficiently.
- Investigate & elevate— assess suspicious activity, document findings, and elevate cases (including SAR/STR-level decisions) in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Build & improve quality controls— develop, implement, and maintain QA processes that keep casework accurate and consistent as volume grows.
- Identify risks before they elevate— conduct regular audits and reviews of internal processes and controls to catch gaps early.
- Strengthen AML processes— work with Compliance and Operations to refine controls, procedures, and reporting accuracy based on what you see in the day-to-day.
- Own compliance communications— monitor incoming compliance-related emails, flag what's urgent, and elevate to management without delay.
- Manage multiple priorities— juggle live casework, investigations, and QA projects simultaneously, without losing accuracy or organization.
- Stay ahead of change— continuously build your knowledge of AML/KYC regulations, risk indicators, and best practices specific to crypto, iGaming, or FX.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of hands-on experiencein KYC/AML operations, transaction monitoring, or financial crime prevention — ideally withincrypto, iGaming, or FX
- Practical, working knowledge ofKYC procedures, customer due diligence, sanctions/PEP screening, and SAR/STR processes
- Solid understanding ofAML regulations, risk-based approaches, and compliance best practicesin fast-moving financial environments
- A sharp, analytical, investigative mindset — you notice inconsistencies and patterns others miss
- Comfort operating withhigh ownership and autonomy, proactively identifying what needs to happen next
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure and tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A genuineself-learner mindset— curious, adaptable, and always looking to sharpen your regulatory and technical edge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to raise findings and elevate concerns clearly
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (relevant industry experience weighed heavily)
