Job summary

Concentrix Philippines in Alabang is seeking a customer service professional to support client programs and ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual KPIs.
