Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Architecture with professional license.
• At least 5 years of extensive experience in Airport Design, particularly in Passenger Terminal Building (International and Domestic).
• With extensive experience in Quantity Surveying and cost estimates for Architectural, Civil and Structural works.
• Must be proficient in using Primavera or MS Project and other software/tools used for Planning and scheduling
• With good interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills
• Well-adjusted in a fast-paced working environment and flexible in rendering overtime work and site relocation
