Job summary

A local electronics service provider in Quezon City is looking for an Aircon Technician. The successful candidate will handle the installation, inspection, and maintenance of various air conditioning systems. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and providing accurate service reports. Candidates should be TESDA certified, physically fit, and possess good customer service skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time, on-site role.

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair split-type, window-type, inverter, VRF, and commercial air conditioning systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance servicing (cleaning, checking refrigerant levels, testing electrical components).
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in AC units.
• Conduct troubleshooting and recommend necessary repairs or parts replacement.
• Ensure proper installation of piping, wiring, and drainage systems.
• Perform refrigerant charging and leak testing.
• Provide accurate service reports and documentation after every service call.
• Handle service tools and equipment properly and ensure they are in good working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and company operational guidelines at all times.
• Assist in site inspections and technical assessments.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding service findings and recommendations.

Job Requirements

• At least High School Graduate / Vocational / TESDA Certified in RAC Servicing (NC II preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years experience as Aircon Technician (field service experience is an advantage).
• Knowledgeable in electrical wiring, refrigeration cycle, and AC troubleshooting.
• Physically fit and willing to do fieldwork.
• With good customer service skills.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
