Job description

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC and refrigeration units.

• Perform routine servicing, including cleaning coils, changing filters, and checking refrigerant levels.

• Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, evaporators, motors, valves, and thermostats.

• Test system performance using specialized tools and gauges.

• Maintain cold storage systems and commercial refrigeration units (freezers, chillers, walk-in coolers, etc.).

• Recharge refrigerant systems and ensure proper pressure and temperature settings.

• Keep maintenance logs, service reports, and compliance records up to date.

• Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations when handling refrigerants and equipment.

• Provide support during emergency breakdowns and after-hours repairs if required.
