INGCOPH TRADERS INC is seeking an Aircon Technician to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air-conditioning units and cooling equipment at on-site locations. This field-based role requires regular travel to different work sites, including South Caloocan City, with a focus on reliability, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs.

Qualification includes NC II RAC certification, a high school or technical/vocational background, and proven experience in AC servicing.

Competenze

• High school graduate or technical/vocational graduate in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning.
• NC II Certification in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Servicing (RAC).
• Proven experience in installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Knowledge of air-conditioning units and cooling systems.
• Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
• Familiarity with cleaning, inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, gauges, and HVAC servicing equipment.
• Able to read and follow technical manuals and safety procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting, detail orientation, and problem solving.
• Physically capable of performing servicing and repair work.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with supervisors and team.
• Willing to travel to different work locations, including South Caloocan City.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

About the role

We are seeking an Aircon Technician to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air-conditioning units and cooling equipment. This on-site, field-based role will support reliable and efficient system performance through quality technical servicing, preventive maintenance, and responsive repairs. The position is based at 130-A 6th St., 7th Ave., East Grace Park, South Caloocan City, with regular travel to different work locations as required.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air-conditioning units and cooling equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related issues affecting air-conditioning systems.
• Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor units.
• Check and test compressors, motors, fans, capacitors, thermostats, and other major components.
• Identify defective or damaged components and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance activities to help ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Respond to service requests and conduct field visits for air-conditioning concerns and repair requirements.
• Prepare basic service reports and document completed maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure proper handling and use of tools, equipment, and materials during servicing activities.
• Follow established company safety procedures and technical servicing standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the work area and servicing equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisors regarding technical findings, parts requirements, and completed work.
• Perform other air-conditioning maintenance, repair, and technical support duties assigned by management.

What we're looking for

• At least a high school graduate, college-level candidate, or technical/vocational graduate in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning or a related technical course.
• Valid NC II Certification in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Servicing (RAC).
• Proven experience in air-conditioning installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Knowledge of different types of air-conditioning units and cooling systems.
• Ability to diagnose common electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related issues.
• Familiarity with cleaning, inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of air-conditioning equipment.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, gauges, and other HVAC servicing equipment.
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals, service instructions, and safety procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Physical capability to perform technical servicing and repair work.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Willingness to perform regular fieldwork, travel to different work locations, and be assigned to the South Caloocan City work location.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
