Job summary

Happy Housekeepers Inc. is seeking a skilled aircon technician to perform cleaning, servicing, inspection, and maintenance at our facility in Cavite, Bacoor. You will troubleshoot and repair compressors, motors, condensers, evaporators, and controls, charge refrigerants, and handle related electrical/plumbing tasks.

Safety adherence and accurate reporting are essential for daily operations. You'll work in a hands-on environment, documenting work orders and maintaining tools and a tidy workspace

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular aircon cleaning, servicing, inspection, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair aircon components such as compressors, motors, condensers, evaporators, and electrical controls.
• Perform refrigerant charging and leak checking when necessary.
• Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.
• Respond to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns promptly.
• Properly use and maintain tools and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Prepare basic maintenance reports and document completed work.
