Responsibilities include routine inspections, leak checks, and accurate documentation of service activities to uphold quality standards and reliable climate control across the property.

Qualifications

• Experience with air-con, heaters and coolers.
• Ability to install aircon and heaters.
• Ability to repair damaged aircon, heaters and coolers.
• Conduct daily routine inspections.
• Check for leakage and refrigerant levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance checks for air-con, heaters and coolers
• Install aircon and heaters
• Repair damaged and dysfunctional aircon, heaters and coolers
• Check functions and status of systems
• Fix and check package type and split type systems
• Encode reported damage of aircon, heaters and coolers
• Check major parts (i.e. Freon)
• Conduct daily routine inspections
• Check for leakage
• Provide accurate records of maintenance activities
