Job summary

The Chat Agency is seeking an AI Visibility Engineer in residence to run GEO campaigns for a small portfolio of brands using CiteHawk from start to finish. This is a hands-on practitioner role, with the founder cohort in close collaboration to shape the product and the practice.

You’ll investigate how AI models describe brands, make changes, measure outcomes, and publish monthly case studies grounded in your real-world learnings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results.
• Practical exploration of GEO/AEO and testing beyond theory.
• Clear writing to articulate case studies, methods and results.
• An appetite for measurable outcomes and portfolio impact.
• At least one real site or client experience to draw from.

Responsibilities

• Run GEO campaigns for 2 to 4 brands, auditing visibility and gaps, then implementing changes and tracking results.
• Use CiteHawk daily and provide candid feedback to influence product discussions.
• Publish one case study per month featuring a client brand and practical guides based on hands-on learnings.
• Contribute to public research and tools with a practitioner’s eye before they ship.
