Job summary

WTW in the Philippines seeks a motivated software developer with 3–5 years of experience to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. You will develop and deliver web applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and modern JavaScript frameworks, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

You will work with colleagues to define solutions, write unit tests, and adapt to new tools and processes in a client-focused environment, with opportunities to grow and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years development experience.
• Proficient experience using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript/Typescript frameworks such as React, Angular and Vue.
• Experience in agentic, spec-driven development workflows using Claude Code and Copilot CLI, and GitHub SpecKit.
• Degree in computer science, MIS or related area.
• Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced collaborative team with tight deadlines.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and deliver quality results.
• Customer service focus and flexibility in supporting customer requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum framework and Kanban preferred
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced collaborative team environment that has tight deadlines.
• Ability to learn and evaluate new tools, concepts, and challenges quickly.
• Customer service focus and flexibility in supporting customer requests.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Be available, at times, to work extended work hours.
• Background in benefits administration a plus.
