Pure Form is a leading provider of high-quality food supplements dedicated to promoting health and wellness through clean formulations, honest science, and thoughtful design.
Our mission extends beyond physical health — we aim to build a company where people thrive as much as the brand does. We believe that when our team grows in purpose, creativity, and balance, the brand naturally flourishes.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Enhanced) to turn real internal business friction into practical, production-ready AI tools, agentic workflows, and automated systems.
Operating as an embedded builder, you will work directly with our operational, retail, and e-commerce teams to discover manual pain points, prototype solutions rapidly, and deploy reliable tools. Rather than purely writing heavy custom software from scratch, you will leverage modern AI-assisted engineering tools, low-code orchestrators, and AI agent frameworks to build lightweight applications, maintain internal Business Intelligence interfaces, and bridge our stack with enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Problem Discovery & Deployment: Interface directly with internal teams to identify manual operational bottlenecks, translating unstructured business requirements into fast, working AI automations.
- AI Agentic Teams & Workflow Automations: Design, build, and deploy multi-agent workflows, autonomous tool-calling agents, and automated task pipelines that orchestrate end-to-end business operations and save measurable team hours.
- BI System Maintenance: Maintain and optimize our existing Business Intelligence system—specifically managing CSV data uploads, basic ETL pipelines, data validation, and interactive dashboard interfaces.
- Integration & Enterprise Liaison: Act as the technical bridge when interfacing with external vendors or software providers for larger infrastructure projects (e.g., ERP implementations, API integrations).
- AI-Assisted Productivity: Utilize modern AI development tools and LLM APIs to accelerate prototyping, debugging, documentation, and workflow execution.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience: 3-5 years of practical experience in Software Engineering, AI Integration, or Data/Internal Tools development.
- Agentic Workflows & Orchestration: Proven ability to build AI agentic teams, autonomous workflows, and structured task executions using frameworks or tools like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP, n8n, or Make.
- Google Developer Expertise: Deep experience utilizing Google Developer Resources & GCP—including Vertex AI, Gemini APIs, Google Workspace APIs (Apps Script, Drive API), BigQuery, and Cloud Run.
- Data & BI Fundamentals: Practical experience working with SQL, CSV/data manipulation, basic ETL pipelines, and dashboard visualization platforms (e.g., Looker Studio, PowerBI, Streamlit, or Retool).
- AI & Automation Essentials: Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, structured outputs, and tool-calling function execution.
- Product & Builder Mindset: Strong problem-solving ability with a track record of taking solutions from initial discovery to deployed, user-validated tools.
- Technical Communication: Ability to explain technical choices clearly to non-technical stakeholders and translate user feedback into fast iterations.
- Data Access & Cyber Security: Basic understanding of GCP IAM, data privacy, enterprise API security, and access control for internal company data.
Nice-to-Have
- Education & Process Experience: Bachelor's degree or relevant education or background in Business Management, or a related field; exposure to business process optimization, Six Sigma certification, or experience with ERP/SAP setup and integrations.
- Aesthetic Sense & UI Design: An eye for clean visual design, layout, and overall user experience so internal dashboards and lightweight tools look polished, intuitive, and easy for non-technical teams to use.
- Retail & Ecommerce: Background or familiarity with e-commerce, retail logistics, or inventory workflows.
- Google Cloud experience or certifications (e.g., Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Data Engineer).
Candidates are required to submit a portfolio or repository link demonstrating real-world execution. Submissions ideally include:
- Working Prototypes / Applied Solutions: Links, videos, or live demos of internal tools, dashboards, or automations you have built.
- Agentic / Workflow Architecture: Diagrammatic or written breakdowns showing how you structured a multi-agent system, data pipeline, or automated workflow from trigger to final output.
- Code Samples & Prompts: Examples of production-ready code alongside the system prompts, tool schemas, or AI configurations used to generate or power the application.
- Projects that demonstrate deep understanding of business processes are a plus
