Job summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking an entry-level AI Project Coordinator to support AI implementation projects by tracking timelines, coordinating communication between data engineers, ML engineers, and stakeholders, and keeping delivery organized day-to-day.

You will work alongside senior project managers and the delivery team, gaining hands-on experience while developing skills in project planning, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with room for growth toward AI leadership.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of project coordination or related support experience.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools (spreadsheets, Trello, Asana).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers, timelines, and status logs for AI projects.
• Coordinate communications between data/ML teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare status updates and reporting materials for leadership.
• Support QA and UAT coordination for AI deliverables.
• Gain hands-on experience with AI project lifecycles.
