Job summary

Tech One Global Phils., Inc. is seeking a Solutions Sales Professional – AI Business Solutions (Modern Workplace) to lead customer conversations on AI-powered productivity and collaboration.

You will build pipeline, conduct consultative discovery, and coordinate internal and partner resources to drive pilots, rollouts, and measurable business value. You will develop sales strategies for Microsoft 365 and AI productivity solutions, engage with enterprise and SMB accounts, and maximize program

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT solutions sales, modern workplace or productivity tools preferred.
• Experience in managing complex B2B sales cycles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 licensing and deployment models.
• CRM platforms experience (Salesforce, Dynamics 365).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for Microsoft 365 and AI productivity solutions.
• Drive pipeline, qualify opportunities, and manage end-to-end sales cycles.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver compelling demos and proposals.
