Job summary

Chinabank PH is seeking an AI Product Owner to drive AI-powered product research and knowledge management. You will translate user needs into clear requirements, maintain research reports, and support across product teams during discovery through implementation.

Collaborating with product managers, data scientists, IT, and business stakeholders, you will organize insights, track adoption, and ensure documentation is up-to-date to enable informed decisions and faster AI delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in product research, business analysis, analytics, knowledge management, or similar roles.
• Experience supporting digital, data, analytics, or AI-related initiatives.
• Strong research and analytical skills with interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Experience preparing structured documentation such as requirements documents and reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand user needs, industry trends, and AI opportunities.
• Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from interviews, surveys, and usage metrics.
• Transform findings into clear recommendations for product strategy and decisions.
• Support pilots, proofs-of-concept, and experiments to validate AI ideas.
• Develop and maintain product documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Ensure information and insights are organized, accessible, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Track adoption, feedback, and metrics to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with product, data science, IT, and business stakeholders across the lifecycle.
