ConnectOS is seeking an AI Product Analyst to advance an AI-powered customer response system that automates quote generation for equipment enquiries. You will blend data engineering, experimentation, and AI/LLM skills to improve availability, pricing, and customer context, working closely with business stakeholders.

The role is hands-on, requiring curiosity, pragmatic thinking, and comfort operating in ambiguity, with a hybrid schedule (3x onsite per week) in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

SQL, Python, and ML concepts with hands-on experimentation.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain data layer consolidating data from multiple sources.
Translate business rules into algorithms and evolve with ML.
Design and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and iterate.
Connect data sources and logic to Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
Improve AI/LLM outputs through prompts and grounding.
Maintain disciplined plans, notes, and stakeholder updates.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into experiments.
