Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking an AI Product Engineer to design and deliver scalable AI systems using GenAI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines. You will work on the central agentic platform, integrate data sources, and own prompt engineering for enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end development of AI products from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Proficiency with Python and GenAI frameworks (LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar).
• Experience with Databricks (Mosaic AI / model serving), API integration, the AI gateway, MCP.
• 3-6 yrs experience; GenAI / agentic work in production or advanced prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Build GenAI & agentic solutions—RAG pipelines, LLM applications and multi-agent workflows.
• Develop on the central agentic platform (Databricks) through the AI gateway; integrate tools and data via MCP.
• Build & curate vector stores and retrieval; own prompt engineering and evaluation.
• Implement LLMOps—evals, guardrails, token/cost monitoring—within governance.
• Ship headline use cases: Intelligent Order Tool, AI-powered Command Center 2.0, knowledge/analytics agents.

Data Scientist with AI specialization drives the design and delivery of advanced intelligent solutions that transform how the business operates and makes decisions. This role focuses on developing scalable, enterprise-grade AI systems, leveraging large language models, retrieval augmented approaches, and agent-based architectures, while ensuring seamless integration across platforms and data sources.

What are the Job Responsibilities:

• Develop on the central agentic platform (Databricks) through the AI gateway; integrate tools and data via MCP.
• Build & curate vector stores and retrieval; own prompt engineering and systematic evaluation.
• Implement LLMOps - evals, guardrails, token/cost monitoring - within the governance framework.
• Ship the headline use cases: Intelligent Order Tool, AI-powered Command Center 2.0, knowledge/analytics agents.
