Job summary

A leading visual content marketplace is seeking an AI Operations & Strategy Lead to oversee AI-generated visual content operations. The successful candidate will manage a team, drive efficiency through process improvements, and collaborate with product teams. This role requires 4-5 years of operations experience, including management experience, with a salary range of Php 40-60k per month. Health insurance and transportation allowances are provided.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of progressive experience in operations.
• At least 2 years in a people management or project management role.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Manage and mentor a team of specialists.
• Drive and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
