Job summary

Snappr is seeking an AI Operations Manager in Ortigas, Manila, to lead a high-performing team of editors responsible for ensuring AI-generated visual content meets strict quality standards. You will leverage analytics to optimize editing workflows, partner with product and operations to roll out new features, and drive Snappr’s growth across global markets.

The role is 100% onsite in Ortigas. You will need 7+ years in operations with 2+ in leadership, strong vendor and project management skills,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations management experience, with at least 2 years in leadership overseeing large teams (50+).
• Experience using analytics tools to drive insights and decision-making.
• Extensive vendor management, contract negotiation, and operational strategy experience.
• Strong project management with track record of launching and scaling initiatives.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and alignment across teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with cross-functional work.
• Passion for AI and digital content; comfortable reporting onsite.

About the role:

As the AI Operations Manager for this team, you will be challenged to manage and grow a team of editors who are responsible for ensuring that all of our images that are created through collaborative AI meet our high standards. Your impact on ensuring that our customers receive vibrant, standout images, giving them an incredible experience, will be the lifeblood that powers Snappr’s explosive growth and enables our clients to meet all of their visual content needs worldwide.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and grow a team of high-performing editors
• Utilize data to understand editor behavior and areas for improvement in our editing process
• Maximize editor productivity with a mix of training and tool-building
• Work closely with the product and operations team to launch and operationalize new products from scratch
• Understand the vision and strategy for your team and get all members pumped and aligned to power Snappr's growth
• Develop & optimize processes by breaking projects into actionable steps with aggressive timelines for completion
• Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done

What you’ll need:

• 7+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing large teams (50+ employees).
• Experience in using analytics tools to drive insights and decision-making.
• Extensive experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and operational strategy.
• Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling operational initiatives.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution, ensuring both high-level alignment and on‑the‑ground success.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
• Passion for AI, digital content, and operational excellence.
• Must be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in using SQL

• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
