PlayTime Entertainment in the Philippines is seeking a creative AI Modeling / Asset Prompt Artist to join our production team. You will generate characters, backgrounds, scenes, and props using AI tools, ensuring consistency across episodes and maintaining a localized asset library for Philippine audiences.

You will refine prompts, document SOPs for asset management, collaborate with production and creative teams, and help shape visual storytelling with high-quality AI-generated artwork.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI image-generation tools and an interest in AI-driven artwork.
• Portfolio showcasing AI-generated artwork or character designs is preferred.
• Ability to craft effective prompts and iterate to meet project needs.
• Experience with character design, illustration, or storyboarding is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain a Philippine-localized digital asset library reflecting local culture.
• Maintain visual consistency across episodes (≥90%).

About The Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented AI Modeling / Asset Prompt Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will use AI-powered tools to generate high-quality characters, scenes, and visual assets while ensuring consistency across different projects and episodes.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate character designs, backgrounds, scenes, props, and other visual assets using AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Jimeng, and similar platforms.
• Create and maintain a Philippine-localized digital asset library, ensuring that visual elements reflect local culture, settings, and audiences.
• Maintain at least 90% visual consistency in characters, styles, and assets across episodes.
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for asset management and AI image-generation workflows.
• Refine AI prompts and generated outputs to meet project requirements and creative standards.
• Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure timely delivery of visual assets.

About You

• Familiarity with or strong interest in AI image-generation tools, including Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Jimeng, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of art, graphic design, character design, or animation principles.
• Creative, detail-oriented, patient, and able to maintain consistency in visual outputs.
• Willing to learn and explore new AI tools, techniques, and workflows.
• Able to follow creative guidelines and manage multiple visual assets efficiently.
• Portfolio showcasing AI-generated artwork, character designs, or other creative projects (preferred).
• Experience in character design, digital illustration, storyboarding, or visual content production (preferred).
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-assisted creative workflows (preferred).
• Experience organizing digital assets or maintaining visual style guides (preferred).
