• Current or recent experience in claims & adjusting or adjacent roles.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated auto insurance claims decisions for accuracy and compliance.
• Write fraud-flagging scenarios using structured reason codes.
• Design FNOL scenarios to test agent robustness.
