In this role, you will be part of a globally distributed team offering 24x7 support to deploy AI/ML workloads on AI Infrastructure products, troubleshoot hardware/software, and improve internal tools and docs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience reading and debugging code and in Linux/Unix systems.
• Experience triaging customer issues and cross-stack troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex AI/ML infra issues to improve customer outcomes.
• Build tools for faster diagnosis and deepen knowledge of AI workloads.
• Advise internal teams to resolve deployment obstacles in AI infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product and SRE teams to improve production quality.
• Participate in on-call rotations including nights and weekends.
