Job summary

Onemci is seeking a technically skilled AI Systems Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize AI/ML infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments in the Philippines. This role ensures reliability, scalability, and security of AI systems and data pipelines bridging operations and AI innovation.

You will collaborate with developers, data scientists, and engineers on deployment, monitoring, and automation, using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in systems administration, DevOps, or infrastructure management (AI/ML environment preferred).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Linux/Unix administration, Python/Bash scripting, and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and AI model deployment pipelines.
• Understanding of networking, security, and storage in distributed computing environments.

Responsibilities

• System Management: Oversee, configure, monitor AI and ML systems, servers, and cloud environments.
• Infrastructure Optimization: Implement scalable infrastructure for LLMs, data pipelines, and model deployment.
• Security & Compliance: Apply best practices for securing AI systems and manage access across platforms.
• Deployment & Integration: Support deployment of AI models and APIs into production environments.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor health and performance, diagnose and resolve issues.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop scripts to automate tasks and support CI/CD for AI updates.
• Documentation & Support: Maintain detailed configurations and troubleshooting guides.
