We are hiring one person to rebuild how marketing works at 24metrics and Integr8, using AI agents instead of a big team. You will not run campaigns the old way. You will build the systems that run them.
24metrics has fought click and affiliate fraud since 2013. Integr8.co is our affiliate tracking platform with fraud prevention built in. We are bootstrapped, profitable and fully remote, with around 10 people. We do not have a marketing department, and we do not want one. We want one builder with a fleet of agents.
The pieces already exist: Claude Code agents, skills for keyword research and Ahrefs, AI illustrations with Vectorcraft, AI video with HyperFrames, Magnific, HeyGen and Descript, and agent driven website updates. What is missing is someone who owns all of it, connects it, and turns it into a machine that produces pipeline every week.
Mission in one line: make a company of 10 market itself like a company of 50.
What you will do
You split your time between building automations and shipping real output with them. Roughly 60% building, 40% shipping. If you only build and nothing goes live, it does not count.
- Content engine: build a pipeline from keyword research to brief, draft, illustrations, internal links and publishing. Quality check every piece before it goes live.
- SEO and AI visibility: own rankings and how often ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude mention us. Run the backlink and listing outreach agent and keep it within our sending limits.
- Website: ship landing pages, comparison pages and updates through agents. Work with our web engineer on anything structural.
- Video and visuals: turn product features into short demo videos and graphics using our AI video and illustration stack.
- Sales support: build tools that help sales: prospect research, outreach sequences, CRM hygiene in Pipedrive, call prep briefs.
- Business automation: find manual work anywhere in the company (billing, reporting, onboarding) and automate it with Claude Code and skills.
- Measurement: every system gets a dashboard and a target. You report weekly on what moved and what did not.
You will also coach the team. Some colleagues adopt AI fast, some slowly. You make it easy for them by building skills they can just use.
Your first 90 days
By day 90 you should have shipped real things, not a strategy deck.
- Days 1 to 30, learn and ship: understand affiliate tracking and fraud well enough to explain it to a customer. Audit our existing agents and skills. Publish your first 4 blog posts through the pipeline.
- Days 31 to 60, build the engine: turn the content pipeline into something that runs with one review step from you. Get the backlink outreach agent live and reporting into Slack.
- Days 61 to 90, scale and measure: ship at least 8 new pages or posts per month. Launch one automation outside marketing that saves the team 5+ hours a week. Set up a dashboard for traffic, AI mentions, signups and pipeline.
The numbers are starting points. We will set the real targets together in week 2.
Who you are
You are a tech geek. You install new tools the day they launch, read changelogs for fun and have a folder full of half finished experiments. You are the person friends call when they want to know which AI tool actually works, and you have probably built something with Claude Code over a weekend just to see if it was possible.
Must have
- Real curiosity for new technology. You test new models, tools and APIs on your own time, and you can tell us about the last three things you tried.
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code, including writing your own skills, agents or MCP setups. Show us, do not tell us.
- You have shipped at least one automation that other people use, at work or on a side project.
- You learn new topics fast. Give you a week with SEO, cold outreach or a new API and you can do useful work.
- You write clear English and can tell when AI text sounds like AI.
- You care about results more than tools. A new tool is only interesting if it moves a number.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, adtech, affiliate marketing or performance marketing
- SEO basics: keyword research, on-page, links, Ahrefs or similar
- Experience with Pipedrive, Apollo, PostHog, Sanity or Slack automation
- A portfolio: GitHub, a blog, a newsletter, side projects, automations you built
- A home lab, a self-hosted setup or local LLMs running on your own machine
How you work
You start many experiments and you kill the ones that do not work, quickly and without drama. You get bored doing the same thing by hand twice, so you automate it. You work well alone and ask for help when you are stuck, not after a week of silence.
This is not for you if
- You want a clear job description that stays the same for two years
- You prefer managing agencies or freelancers to doing the work yourself
- You have used ChatGPT a lot but never built anything with it
- You need detailed instructions for every task
- You are looking for a pure engineering role with no marketing or sales
Setup
- Location: fully remote, based in the Philippines. You need at least 4 hours overlap with Berlin time, which means afternoon into evening Manila time.
- Reporting to: Sven, founder and CEO
- Tools: Claude Team seat, plus our full stack of AI and marketing tools
