Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and concurrency.
• Proven ability to ship production software and own features end-to-end.
• Experience with AI-first development practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own meaningful parts of Mailroom and Threat Portal
• Design and migrate services with a focus on scalability and reliability
• Use agentic AI tools across design, implementation, testing, and documentation
• Ensure code quality through tests, reviews, observability, and rollback plans
• Lead root-cause analysis on production incidents across systems
• Explain technical decisions clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
• Support junior engineers through code reviews and pairing in Agile ceremonies
