As an AI Engineer Manager, you will lead teams in the Data and Analytics group, focusing on utilizing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You will be responsible for coaching, developing, and inspiring team members to deliver quality work that meets client expectations.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating and mentoring junior staff, while taking ownership of projects to validate their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will play a visible role in cultivating meaningful client relationships and navigating ambiguity, all while upholding PwC's quality standards and contributing to the firm's purpose and values. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 6 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
• At least one of the following: A Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
• Demonstrating proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
• Utilizing machine learning techniques for predictive analytics
