Job summary

APW Tech is seeking an innovative AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to build scalable AI-powered applications that drive business value.

You will design and deploy ML models, build data pipelines, ensure governance and security, and stay current with generative AI advances.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/Data Science or related field.
3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and software engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI and ML models.
Build and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) applications and Generative AI solutions.
Develop data pipelines and model training workflows.
Integrate AI models into production environments and business applications.
Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven opportunities.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and AI governance standards.
Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
