Job summary

ePLDT, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise AI Platform Architect to design scalable, secure pipelines that support batch, streaming, and real-time inference across hybrid and multicloud environments.

You will drive production excellence with SRE practices, model governance, and AI ethics alignment, while leading prompt engineering, RAG architecture, and customization patterns for delivery projects. Responsibilities

• Enterprise Pipeline Architecture: Architects scalable, secure, and maintainable pipeline frameworks that support batch, streaming, and real-time inference across hybrid and multicloud environments.
• Production Excellence & Governance: Establishes SRE practices for systems, including autoscaling, chaos engineering, model rollback, and compliance auditing; ensures alignment with enterprise security and AI ethics policies.
• Generative AI & Prompt Strategy Leadership: Leads enterprise strategy for prompt engineering, RAG architecture, and AI agent customization; defines evaluation frameworks, safety guardrails, and customization patterns for delivery projects.
• Executive Technical Partnership: Partners with CTO office, platform leadership, and delivery executives to align operationalization strategy with business outcomes; resolves highcomplexity production escalations.
