Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Software Engineer II to join our Information Technology and Global Security team in the Philippines. You will design, implement and maintain software solutions, develop batch jobs, analyze requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to select the right technologies for each project.

You will participate in all phases of the SDLC, mentor teammates, ensure code quality and security, and leverage AI-assisted engineering practices to accelerate delivery while upholding

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL Server and complex database queries.
• Knowledge of source control tools and job schedulers.
• Strong business and systems analysis skills.
• Experience maintaining legacy code and developing new features.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support applications, procedures and functions.
• Create and monitor batch jobs utilizing a job scheduler.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and provide solutions.
• Interface with stakeholders to understand project requirements and select appropriate technology.
• Provide project timeline estimates.
• Monitor deadlines against schedules.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC.
• Support client and department coding standards.
• Perform unit testing of applications and enhancements.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure quality.
• Mentor other team members.
• Monitor application performance and optimize.
• Be self-directed within a larger team.
• Complete mandatory training and attend 1:1 meetings.
