Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proven range across different brand styles - B2B corporate through to consumer eCommerce.
• Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced Canva proficiency.
• Established use of AI design tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Runway AI or equivalent) within a professional workflow.
• Social media design across major platforms.
• High accuracy working at volume.
• Reliable communication and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and update multi-page event brochures as speakers and programmes change.
• Produce website graphics for event pages and speaker listings.
• Create social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, including Reels.
• Design email graphics for HubSpot EDM campaigns.
• Website and social media graphics for Prism & Pearl and Brio & Bloom.
• Product imagery, campaign creative and digital advertising assets.
