FLEXICON SOLUTION INC. in Makati City is seeking an AI Full-Stack Engineer who blends frontend craft with AI-driven architecture to deliver production-ready products.

You will design intuitive UIs, build robust back-end APIs, and author AI agent/skill specifications while maintaining security and performance. This role prioritizes collaboration, code reviews, and a user-centered mindset to turn ideas into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building end-to-end full-stack projects using AI tools.
• Agent / Context Authoring: Write SKILL or AGENT specification files to direct AI tasks.
• AI Security Awareness: Knowledge of prompt injection, data leakage prevention, and OWASP Top 10 for LLM risks.

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack systems using AI tools.
• Architecture & Implementation: Build front-end UI and back-end APIs with scalable databases.
• AI Agent & Skill Engineering: Create and optimize agent/skill docs and system prompts.
• UI/UX Design: Contribute to UI/UX design with a user-centric approach.
• Security & Performance Optimization: Enforce code reviews, security safeguards, and performance tuning.
