Job summary

Aprimo is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join the R&D team. The role focuses on expanding a .NET/C# multi-tenant SaaS hosted in Azure, with AI tooling integrated into coding, diagnosis, and automation practices.

Responsibilities include incident response, IaC, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud cost/performance optimization. The candidate will collaborate across development teams and maintain robust security and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in major cloud provider operations (Azure preferred).
• Experience maintaining and scaling a multi-tenant SaaS, handling alerts and troubleshooting.
• Proven containers experience (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) and AI tooling in DevOps context.
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD release pipelines.
• Familiarity with IaC and templating languages (ARM/Bicep, Terraform, JSON, YAML).
• Scripting in PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• AI-Augmented Operations using AI assistants for duties.
• Respond to incidents, investigate root causes, ensure SaaS reliability.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for provisioning and management.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable releases.
• Containerize applications and manage orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Manage cloud resources on Azure, optimizing cost, security, and performance.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for systems and apps.
• Collaborate with security to implement best practices for risk management.
• Write scripts and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Document infrastructure and processes for clarity and reuse.
• Work closely with development to understand requirements and support them with infra.
