Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Creative Strategist to bridge brand, social content, e-commerce creative, and AI-enabled workflows. You’ll define what the brand should make, why it should work, and how it should be built, while delivering hands-on execution from day one.

You’ll work hybrid with one in‑office day per week in Metro Manila, collaborating directly with the founder on a fast‑moving, pre‑launch product.

Qualifications

• AI fluency, current and shipped, used in an actual workflow; portfolio evidence required.
• Strong graphic design: typography, composition, hierarchy, taste.
• Strong short-form editing: pacing, hooks, captions, sound, mobile-first framing.
• PH e-commerce chops — TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, IG; understand how creative sells here.
• Strategy-to-execution: able to brief ideas and then make them end to end.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, hooks, and repeatable formats for TikTok, Reels, paid social, and marketplace content.
• Use AI tools daily for ideation, scripting, image and video generation, storyboarding, and variations.
• Execute the first version yourself: social graphics, short-form video edits, product visuals, e-commerce assets.
• Run a creative testing pipeline and translate performance into the next round.
• Build creator briefs, shot lists, and scripts for UGC and influencer campaigns.
